🔁 Can you exchange a product?

Our current system does not currently allow us to exchange products but we are working on a solution so please bear with us.

Once we have the product/s back it will be refunded to you on the payment method used when placing the order - The refund may take up to 7 working days to show on your statement depending on the bank you are with.

You will have to place a new order online (I know very frustrating, so sorry).
